If you resign from a position before completing a contract you can recieve a ban from Qatar for 2 years. The only way to avoid a band is to request a (NOC) No Objection Certificate. If you have no physical debts with the company, there should be no legal issue. However, this is entirely up to your employer. The NOC is only relevant if you hold a Work Visa with sponsorship tied to a specific employer. Holders of a Qatar Resident Visa are not subject to any penalties associated with early resignation. Qatar Resident Visa is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Find out how long your Visit Visa is valid and also find out how your visit visa can buy you valuable time.

Rasel, you can start with Gulftalent.com and Bayt.com for starters. These sites cover the middle east workplace.
For classifieds in Qatar checkout Gulf-Times.com. Thanks for stopping by.
