Muay Thai is a well practiced discipline in the martial arts world.
Primarily because it requires you to strike with kicks, punches, elbows and knees. During Muay Thai Kick Boxing competitions if participants should fall down the referee will stand the fighters back up on there feet, unlike Mixed Martial Arts competitions where ground fighting is required. attracts plenty of beginners because anyone can learn to punch or kick correctly with a little effort. Muay Thai promotes weight loss, dietary awareness and mental relaxation. Thailand is the ideal place to learn this discipline but it is practiced all over the world. In the coming months I hope to establish some interactive seminars here in Qatar. What I found out about letting loose all your aggression in a controlled, organized manner, you are able to think much clearer because the physical portion of your brain has been satisfied.
